Review & Phone Triage
Our clinical officer reviews your inquiry within 24 to 48 hours and conducts a preliminary phone consultation to understand the amputation or mobility condition.
Clinical Measurement & Casting
You visit our center in Kundasale, Kandy (or our nearest regional mobile clinic). Certified prosthetists take precise anatomical measurements and cast a personalized plaster mold.
Fitting & Supervised Gait Training
Your custom prosthetic or orthotic device is built in our workshop. You complete supervised parallel-bar gait training with our physical therapists until you walk independently.
