Some Visits Leave Memories That Stay in Our Hearts Forever

On Wednesday, 21 October, we were honoured to welcome Mr. Mark and Mrs. Donna Penny and their family to the Centre for Handicapped for their second visit.

Through the Sonya Lynch Memorial Fund, established in loving memory of Mark’s beloved sister, Sonya Lynch, her legacy of love and compassion continues to touch lives. Sonya was a paediatric nurse whose life was dedicated to caring for children. Today, through this beautiful memorial fund, her spirit of kindness lives on by helping people in need of prosthetic and orthotic devices regain independence and embrace new possibilities.

Sharing smiles and heartfelt moments with our beneficiaries made this visit especially meaningful. These moments remind us that behind every act of generosity is a story of love, and behind every smile is a life touched by kindness.

We are deeply grateful to the Penny family for honouring Sonya’s memory in such a beautiful and meaningful way. Although she is no longer with us, the love she shared continues to make a difference in the lives of others.

Some legacies never fade. They live on in the lives we touch, the smiles we inspire, and the hope we give
