Clean Drinking Water to Prevent Chronic Kidney Disease

With the generous support of Dr. Yaso Emmanuel and Miss Shalini Peiris, the Centre for Handicapped provided a water tank to the family of Mr. W. M. Jayantha in Dehiattakandiya, who is directly affected by Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).

The initiative aims to improve access to safe and reliable drinking water while supporting efforts to reduce the risk of CKD among vulnerable communities. This meaningful contribution has provided the family with a more secure water supply and represents an important step towards improving their health, well-being, and quality of life.
