Vision Care Programme – Inner Wheel Club of Katugastota

On 18 March 2024, a vision care programme was conducted for residents of Cecile Niwasa Elders’ Home in Kundasale, with the generous support of the Inner Wheel Club of Katugastota. Vision screenings were provided to 47 individuals, of whom 31 received reading glasses to improve their vision and daily quality of life. A further 16 individuals with cataracts and other eye conditions were referred to the eye hospital for further assessment and treatment.
